What to expect

If you're new to therapy with me, let's get to know each other! I offer in person (in Eastlake, Seattle) and telehealth (video meeting) counseling services to adult individuals in Washington state. Contact me for a 15 minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit.

Fees and Billing

Our first phone consultation is complimentary. My individual session fee (55 minutes) is $150 Out of Network, but I currently accept the following insurances:

• Regence (Anthem)
